Charges for Booking Rooms 

Room 4 is the room generally hired out however, there are times when the other rooms are available. 

Room bookings can be made during office hours (subject to availability) 9.30am - 4.30pm Mon - Friday

Costs of rooms 1, 2 & 4 (each) are as follows -

Room 3

10% discount for 2 or more rooms

Rooms available between 9.00am and 5.00pm (prompt)

Rooms 1 & 4 - hold up to 8 people board room style, up to 10 people in a horse shoe and up to 18 people theatre style.

Room 2 - holds 6 people board room style & 12 people theatre style

Room 3 - holds a maximum of 3 people

Rooms 1, 2 & 4 each have an electronic white board that can be used at a cost of £10.00 per booking.

Flip chart easels available at no cost. Bring your own Flip chart pads 

Tea & Coffee available at extra cost.

Lunch arrangements to be made by the person/organisation booking the room(s)
