Ministry of Justice announced on 20th January that there will be a review of the family justice system.

They are considering making mediation assessment meetings compulsory for "privately funded court users" bringing them into line with "legally aided court users".

There will be NO increase in any fees for Family Mediation, due to the 2.5% increase in VAT, for current and new clients until end of March 2010.
