Where are the offices and when are appointments available?

Our main offices are in Coventry City Centre in Coventry Point the office block in Market Way between The Halifax, Coventry Market and BHS. (see attachment at the bottom of the page for directions)

One of the 4 mediation rooms available at our Coventry office - all are bright and airy, are equipped with electronic white boards and similar furniture

Office hours are -

Monday to Friday - 9.15am to 4.30pm

(there is a telephone answer machine outside of these times)

Appointments are available -

• In Coventry office between 8.30am and 4.00pm Monday - Friday (last mediation appointment in Coventry 3.00pm)
• At Nuneaton CAB on Wednesdays (3 x a month) between 9.30am & 4.00pm (mediation offered in Nuneaton at the discretion of the mediator)
• At Lifeways Centre in Stratford upon Avon on 1 Thursday a month between 9.30am & 12.30pm (mediation offered in Stratford upon Avon at the discretion of the mediator)
